The Property Information tab is where detailed data about a specific property is entered and managed. This tab is divided into several sections to ensure comprehensive documentation of the property's attributes, including structural details, services, external and internal aspects, and measurement specifics.

1 - About the Property

  1. Sub-type Category: Select the general category of the property.

  2. Sub-category: Choose a more specific type within the general category.

  3. Handover Standard: Indicate the condition and furnishing level of the property.

  4. Floor Location: Specify the floor(s) the property occupies.

  5. State of Repair: Describe the current condition of the property.

  6. Energy Efficiency Grade: Rate the property's energy efficiency.

  7. Property General Description: Provide a general overview of the property. Example: A spacious duplex apartment located on the 17th and 18th floors, featuring modern amenities and high-end finishes.

  8. Accommodation Layout: Detail the room layout across different floors, including the total number of rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, etc.

2 - Internal Aspect

  1. Windows: Type of windows installed.

  2. Ceilings: Type of ceilings.

  3. Walls and Partitions: Type of walls and partitions.

  4. Windows Comment: Any additional notes about the windows. Example: Large single-glaze windows providing ample natural light.

  5. Ceilings Comment: Additional notes on the ceilings. Example: Conventional ceilings with decorative molding.

  6. Walls and Partitions Comment: Comments on the walls and partitions. Example: Plaster slab walls in pristine condition.

  7. Floors: Type of flooring used.

  8. Bathroom Fittings: Type of bathroom fittings.

  9. Built-in Fittings: List any built-in fittings available.

  10. Floors Comment: Additional notes on flooring. Example: High-quality hardwood flooring throughout the living areas.

  11. Bathroom Fittings Comment: Notes on bathroom fittings. Example: Modern mirror fittings with integrated lighting.

  12. Other: Specify other internal features not listed. Example: Custom-built closets in all bedrooms.

3 - Grounds & External Areas

  1. Dedicated Indoor Garage: Number of indoor parking spaces.

  2. Dedicated Outdoor Parking: Number of outdoor parking spaces.

  3. Garage Comments: Notes on the garage. Example: No indoor garage available, street parking permitted.

  4. Outdoor Parking Comments: Comments on outdoor parking. Example: Limited outdoor parking space available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  5. External Areas: Indicate any external areas like balconies, terraces, etc.

  6. External Area Comments: Notes on the external areas. Example: Spacious balcony with panoramic city views.

4 - Sizes

  1. Add Sizes: Button to add new size entries.

  2. Measurement Standards: Standards used for measurement.

  3. Unit Type: Measurement unit.

  4. Size: Total measured size.
