This screenshot showcases the Financial page of InterVal, which provides an overview of payments due and paid related to valuation assignments. The page allows users to track the financial status of their projects and export data for accounting purposes.

Export Button: Opens a modal window that allows the user to export financial data in CSV or XLS format
Filters: Allows the user to filter the page by agency, lead valuer, dates, and currency
Reset Button: Resets and removes the applied filters
TOE Panel: Displays the total number of Terms of Engagement (TOE) in the system, broken down by status (total, ongoing, and completed)
Payments Due Tab: If "Due" is selected, the table below displays the list of payments due and outstanding for all TOEs and valuation projects.
Payments Due Table: Shows a list of projects with payments due, including details such as client, lead valuer, full amount, and due date
Lead Valuer: Displays the lead valuer in charge of the project; clicking on their name provides more information
Actions: Includes buttons that allow the user to view a TOE summary, display invoices, register a payment, and access the main dashboard of the TOE
Payments Paid Tab: If "Paid" is selected, the table below displays the list of all historical payments payments received for all past TOEs and valuation projects.
Payments Paid Table: Shows a list of projects with historical payments received, including details such as client, lead valuer, full amount, and completion date
Actions: Includes the same action buttons as the payments due table, except that the user does not have the option of registering a payment
This modal window appears when clicking on the Export Button (#1) shown in Screenshot 1, above. It allows users to customize the financial data they want to export from the Financial page.
Close Button: Closes the Export Financials modal
Agency Dropdown: Allows the user to select the agency for the financial data export
Completion Status Dropdown: Filters financial data based on the completion status of the projects and payments (All, Paid, or Due)
File Format Dropdown: Chooses the export file format, either CSV or XLS
Client Dropdown: Allows the user to select a specific client for for the financial data export
From Date: Sets the start date for the financial data to be exported
To Date: Sets the end date for the financial data to be exported
Lead Valuer Dropdown: Selects a specific lead valuer for which financial data should be exported
Project Manager Dropdown: Selects a specific project manager for which financial data should be exported
Export Button: Initiates the export process based on the selected criteria
