The Terms of Engagement (ToE) List page provides an overview of all the ToEs associated with a specific assignment. It allows users to manage and track the progress of each ToE, as well as perform actions such as adding new ToEs or editing assignment details.
Actions Button: Reveals a list of actions, including adding a new ToE, adding a ToE from a template, editing assignment information, and accessing the audit trail page to record interactions for the entire assignment
Back Button: Returns the user to the assignments list page
Actions Dropdown: Provides options to add a new ToE, add a ToE using an existing template, edit the assignment details, and access the audit trail page to record an interaction for the whole assignment, which will be noted in each valuation's audit trail report
Modules: Display the total number of ToEs and properties associated with the assignment
Search Bar: Allows the user to search for specific ToEs by ID or Lead Valuer
Filters: Enable refining the ToE list based on the Lead Valuer or ToE status
Reset Button: Clears any applied filters and returns the ToE list to its default state
ToE Table: Displays a list of all ToEs associated with the assignment, including key information such as ToE ID, Lead Valuer, dates, target properties, valuations, and status
Completion Status: Shows an indicator in percentage of the level of completion for each ToE
ToE Actions: Provides actions available for each ToE, including duplicate, info, view ToE, download associated files, delete ToE (only in draft mode), and access the ToE dashboard
All ToEs: In addition to the assignment-specific ToE list, users can also access a separate ToE List page that provides an overview of all ToEs across all assignments. This consolidated view allows users to quickly search, filter, and manage ToEs from a single location, regardless of the assignment they belong to. The ToE List page offers similar functionality and actions as the assignment-specific ToE list, enabling users to maintain a high-level perspective on their entire ToE portfolio.
The duplicate ToE modal allows users to create a copy of an existing ToE, streamlining the process for recurring assignments. Users can choose to duplicate all target properties or select specific ones to include in the new ToE.
Close Button: Closes the modal without saving any changes
Validate Button: Confirms the duplication process and creates a new ToE with the selected target properties
Target Property Checkboxes: Allows users to select which target properties to include in the duplicated ToE
The move ToE modal enables users to transfer a ToE in draft status from one assignment to another. This feature helps maintain an organized workflow and allows for easy management of ToEs across different assignments.
Close Button: Closes the modal without saving any changes
Validate Button: Confirms the move and transfers the ToE to the selected assignment
Assignment Selection: Allows users to choose an existing assignment to which the ToE will be moved
The download files modal provides quick access to the most important files associated with a ToE, such as contracts, invoices, and reports. This feature allows users to easily share these files with clients or other stakeholders.
Close Button: Closes the modal
Download Files: Clicking on a file name initiates the download process for that specific file
