The Terms of Engagement (ToE) form is a comprehensive document used to outline the details and conditions of a valuation assignment. This form ensures that all necessary information is captured, providing a clear framework for the valuation process. The form is divided into several sections accessible through a tab system, allowing for easy navigation and completion. Properly filling out this form is crucial for maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the valuation process.

Header of the Terms of Engagement Form

1. Close: Click to close the form without saving any changes. This option allows you to exit the form if no modifications have been made or if you wish to discard all changes.

2. Save as Draft: Click to save the current state of the form as a draft. This option allows you to save your progress and return to complete the form at a later time.

3. Save and Validate: Click to save and validate the form. This option is available only when the entire form has been completed. Upon validation, you will be redirected to the Dashboard of your valuation for this Terms of Engagement.

4. Tabs for Sections: Access all sections of the form through a tab system. The tabs allow you to navigate between different sections such as General, Target Properties, Conflict of Interest, Disclosures, Delivery Details, and Payment, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately entered.
