Streamline your operations by managing city data tailored to your agency’s needs. On this page, you can add, edit, and manage cities linked to the countries you've set up in your system. This allows for more precise location-based data handling, essential for local compliance and accurate valuation assignments. Ensuring your city data is accurate and up-to-date enhances the efficiency of your valuation processes and improves client satisfaction.
Add City: Clicking this button allows users to add a new city to the system.
Back: This button navigates users back to the previous page or section.
Total Cities: Displays the total number of cities currently stored in the InterVal system.
Different Countries: Shows the number of unique countries represented by the cities in the system.
Used in Valuations: Indicates the total number of cities that are currently being used in ongoing valuation processes within the platform.
Search: This input field allows users to search for specific cities by name, helping them quickly find the desired city.
Reset: Clicking this button resets any applied filters, displaying the complete list of cities.
City List: This table lists all the cities stored in the system. Each row represents a single city and its associated country.
Actions: The "Edit" button opens the city editing form, allowing users to modify the city's details. The "Delete" button removes the city from the system, but only if it is not currently being used in any valuation process.
Country Dropdown: This dropdown menu allows users to select the country to which the city belongs. The list of available countries is based on the countries already set up in the InterVal system. Choosing the correct country ensures that the city is properly linked and organized within the platform.
City Name: This input field is where users enter the name of the city they want to add or edit. It's important to ensure that the city name is accurate and consistent with the naming conventions used in the valuation industry and the specific country.
Cancel Button: Clicking this button discards any changes made to the city's details and closes the editing form without saving. This is useful if a user decides not to proceed with adding a new city or making changes to an existing one.
Save Button: Clicking the "Save" button confirms the changes made to the city's information and closes the editing form. The city will be added to the system or updated with the new details provided. It's crucial to double-check the information before saving to maintain accurate and reliable city data within InterVal.
