The Property Information tab is where detailed data about a specific property is entered and managed. This tab is divided into several sections to ensure comprehensive documentation of the property's attributes, including structural details, services, external and internal aspects, and measurement specifics.

## **1 - About the Property**

1. **Sub-type Category**: Select the general category of the property.
2. **Sub-category**: Choose a more specific type within the general category.
3. **Handover Standard**: Indicate the condition and furnishing level of the property.
4. **Floor Location**: Specify the floor(s) the property occupies.
5. **State of Repair**: Describe the current condition of the property.
6. **Energy Efficiency Grade**: Rate the property's energy efficiency.
7. **Property General Description**: Provide a general overview of the property.\
