The Location tab is designed to provide comprehensive information about the property’s geographical setting. Accurate location details are crucial for evaluating the property's value and accessibility. This section allows you to specify the exact address, city, country, and other relevant location details.
Search By City: Use this field to search for the city where the property is located.
Map: Use the map to pinpoint the exact location of the property. Right-click to place a pin at the property's location.
Country: Select the country where the property is located from the dropdown menu.
City: Select the city where the property is located from the dropdown menu.
Zipcode/Postalcode: Enter the postal code of the property's location.
Location Grade: Select the location grade of the property from A+ to E-. This grade assesses the quality and desirability of the property's location.
Address: Enter the full address of the property.
Location and Surroundings Description: Provide a detailed description of the property's location and its surroundings. Example: The property is located in the heart of Mayfair, one of London's most prestigious neighborhoods. This prime location is known for luxury residences, high-end retail stores, and exclusive restaurants. It is near Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Grosvenor Square. The area offers excellent transport links, with Green Park and Bond Street Underground stations nearby. Mayfair provides world-class dining, luxury shopping on Bond Street, and cultural attractions such as the Royal Academy of Arts, making it a highly desirable address in London.
Toggle to Add Information on the Land: Specify if you would like to include land details.
Land Parcel ID: Enter the unique identifier for the land parcel.
Coordinate Reference System: Define the coordinate system used for mapping the parcel boundaries.
Manual Coordinate Entry: Toggle if you want to enter the coordinates manually into the table instead of drawing on the map.
Map Interface: Left click to add points in order to form a polygon defining the shape of the land.
Coordinates Table: Lists the coordinates (X and Y) for each boundary point of the land parcel, including the total area in square meters (sqm) or square feet (sq.ft) depending on your general options.
Adding Land Parcel Component: Click to add.
Land Parcel Component: Each row represents a component of the land parcel. You can add multiple components as necessary.
Planning Status of Land Parcel: Select the current planning status (e.g., Commercial).
Quality of Soil and Degradation: Indicate the condition of the soil (e.g., Degraded).
Environmental Considerations: Note any environmental factors impacting the land. Example: "Proximity to a protected wetland area."
Other Considerations: Additional remarks or considerations regarding the land parcel. Example: "Historic site with archaeological significance."
Area Unit Type: Select the unit of measurement for the area (e.g., Square Meter).
Surface: Enter the surface area of the land component (e.g., 1,000).
Restricted/Limited Use: Specify if there are any restrictions or limited uses for this component (e.g., Parking Only).
Underground Restrictions (Depth): Enter any underground restrictions, specifying the depth (e.g., 0).
Aerial Restriction (Height): Enter any aerial restrictions, specifying the height (e.g., 0).
Length Unit Type: Select the unit of measurement for length (e.g., Metre(s)).
Close: Click to close the form without saving the new component.
Save: Click to save the new land parcel component.
