# Target Property Summary
* The first element of the tab includes all the pictures of the property and building selected previously in the report design task, along with their legend.
* The second module fof the tab named “Property specifics” highlights the main characteristics of the asset, including its location and address, size, type, etc.
* The third module summarises the details of the Terms of Engagement including the fundamentals of the valuation (basis of value, purpose of valuation) and a hyperlink to the contract.
