Property Information

This section of the building form is crucial for detailing various aspects of the property. It comprises six main parts: About the Building, Services & Infrastructure, External Aspect, Internal Aspect, Ground, and Sizes. Each part allows you to input specific information that provides a comprehensive view of the property.

1 - About the Building

About the Building - Section
  1. Building ID: Enter the unique identifier for the building.

  2. Completion Year: Specify the year the building was completed.

  3. Part of a Larger Property: Indicate if this building is part of a larger property development.

  4. Information about this Property: Provide a brief description of the property. Example: The Regency Building is part of a larger development comprising 3 office buildings, 2 residential buildings, and a commercial centre.

  5. Building Type: Select the type of building.

  6. Building Grade: Choose the building's grade, ranging from A+ to E-.

  7. Energy Efficiency Grade: Select the energy efficiency grade.

  8. Building Type Comment: Add any additional comments about the building type. Example: This building functions as a mixed-use development, combining office spaces with retail outlets to provide a comprehensive business environment.

  9. Developer: Enter the name of the developer.

  10. Primary Anchor Tenant: Specify the primary anchor tenant.

  11. Foundation Type: Select the foundation type.

  12. Construction Description: Provide a description of the construction. Example: The building features a steel frame structure with reinforced concrete floors and walls. It incorporates sustainable materials and construction practices, including energy-efficient windows and insulation, to meet modern environmental standards.

2 - Services & Infrastructure

Services & Infrastructure - Section
  1. Road and Other Viable Access: Indicate if the property has road access.

  2. Status and Quality: Describe the status and quality of the road access. Example: The road is well-maintained and paved, ensuring smooth access to the property.

  3. Access/Egress Points: Detail the access and egress points for both vehicles and pedestrians. Example: The property has two vehicular access points and one pedestrian access point.

  4. Length of Road Frontage: Specify the length of the road frontage. Example: The property features 120 meters of road frontage along the main avenue.

  5. Ownership: Mention the ownership if it's owned by another entity and any necessary consents. Example: The access road is owned by the neighboring commercial complex, and there is a formal easement agreement allowing use.

  6. Central Heating: Indicate if the property has central heating and specify the type.

  7. Other Services: List all other services such as waste water/sewerage disposal, electricity, postal service, storm water drainage, telephony/telecommunications, potable water supply, and internet access.

  8. Other Services Comment: Provide additional details if needed. Example: Additional services include a dedicated fiber-optic internet line, which ensures high-speed connectivity for all business operations.

3 - External Aspect

External Aspect - Section
  1. Roof Coverings: Select the type of roof covering.

  2. Main Walls: Choose the material of the main walls.

  3. Windows: Specify the type of windows.

  4. Roof Covering Comments: Add any comments about the roof covering. Example: The roof is newly renovated with excellent insulation properties, ensuring energy efficiency and weather protection.

  5. Main Walls Comments: Add comments about the main walls. Example: The main walls are constructed with reinforced concrete, providing robust structural integrity and excellent thermal insulation.

  6. Windows Comments: Add comments about the windows. Example: All windows are double-glazed with UV protection, enhancing energy efficiency and reducing noise pollution.

  7. External Facades: Choose the type of external facades.

  8. External Facades Comments: Add comments about the external facades. Example: The facade has been recently updated with a modern design featuring high-quality materials that enhance the building's aesthetic appeal and durability.

  9. Other: If there are other aspects, specify them here. Example: The building exterior includes a landscaped garden with automated irrigation systems, enhancing the property’s curb appeal and providing a pleasant environment for tenants.

4 - Internal Aspect

Internal Aspect - Section
  1. Number of Floors (Above Ground): Enter the number of floors above ground.

  2. Basement Floors: Specify the number of basement floors.

  3. State of Repair: Indicate the state of repair.

  4. Facilities: List any facilities available in the building, such as a swimming pool, smoke sensor, retail shops, serviced apartments, mini shops, movie theater, floor heating, etc.

  5. Facilities Comments: Specify any internal facilities present in the building. Example: "The building features a modern gym equipped with the latest fitness equipment and a spacious conference hall with advanced audio-visual facilities."

  6. Walls and Partitions: Specify the type of walls and partitions. Example: Brick Partitions Wall.

  7. Walls and Partitions Comments: Add any comments about the walls and partitions. Example: "The partitions are soundproof, ensuring privacy and noise control between different sections of the building."

  8. Other: Specify any additional internal facilities not covered in the provided options. Example: "The building includes a dedicated yoga room and a children's play area."

5 - Ground

Grounds
  1. Indoor Garage: Specify the range of indoor garage spaces.

  2. Outdoor Parking: Indicate the range of outdoor parking spaces.

  3. Garage Comments: Add any comments about the garage. Example: "The indoor garage is equipped with electric vehicle charging stations and has a dedicated security system."

  4. Outdoor Parking Comments: Add comments about the outdoor parking. Example: "The outdoor parking area includes spaces for visitors and is monitored by CCTV for enhanced security."

6 - Sizes

Sizes
