This screenshot showcases the Project Management page of InterVal, which provides an overview of tasks and their status across various valuation projects. The page is divided into different sections, allowing managers to track and assign tasks efficiently.

Export Button: Opens a modal window that allows you to export data in various formats (xls, csv, etc.)
Filters: Allows the user to filter agencies, users, or task types
Reset Button: Resets the applied filters
Modules: Displays the number of assignments, ongoing valuations, completed tasks, and uncompleted tasks
Current Tasks Tab: Provides access to the list of current tasks to be completed, along with pertinent details
Search Refinement: Allows refining the search within the current tasks
Current Tasks Table: Shows a list of tasks to be completed, including assignee, assignment details, valuation process, property, and expected completion date
Assignee: Displays the assignee for the task; clicking on the picture shows the assignee user details
Action Buttons: Includes buttons to view task info, edit assignee and completion date, and direct access to the task dashboard for each task record
Upcoming Tasks Tab: Provides access to the list of upcoming tasks
Upcoming Tasks Table: Shows a list of upcoming tasks along with the same details shown in the current tasks table
Upcoming Task Actions: Includes the same action buttons as the current tasks table but without a direct link to the task dashboard
Completed Tasks Tab: Provides a list of completed tasks, along with details
Completed Tasks Table: Shows a list of completed tasks with the actual completion date instead of the expected completion date
Completed Task Actions: Includes only the info button for viewing task details
This modal window appears when clicking on the Export Button (#1 above) in Screenshot 1. It allows users to customize the data they want to export from the Project Management page.
Close Button: Closes the Export Tasks modal window
Agency Dropdown: Selects a specific agency for which tasks should be exported
Assignee Dropdown: Selects a specific assignee for which tasks should be exported
File Format: Allows the user to select the export file format, either CSV or XLS
Completion Status: Filters tasks based on their completion status (to do, upcoming, or completed)
Filter Start Date: Allows the user to select the start date for the list of task data to be exported
Filter End Date: Allows the user to select the end date for the list of task data to be exported
Filter by Task Type: Allows the user to select specific task types to be included in the export
Project Manager: Allows the user to select a specific project manager and the export task daa related only to this project manager
Data Fields: A set of data fields available for export; users can check the boxes to include the desired fields
Export Button: Initiates the export process based on the selected criteria
